Senior full-stack developer supporting a large (200+ person) federal technical program focused on identity/access management, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and digital policy management. The job involves modernizing legacy systems while maintaining secure and reliable applications.

Clearance: TS/SCI w/Polygraph

+ Java + Spring Boot

+ Angular / TypeScript

+ AWS, including EC2

+ RESTful API development

+ Full-stack development

+ Legacy application maintenance and modernization

+ ETL development

+ Linux command line (Red Hat)

+ Git, Jenkins, Selenium, Rundeck

+ Unit testing, automated testing, and code reviews

+ Agile/Scrum

+ Build and maintain Java/Angular applications

+ Develop APIs and integrations

+ Modernize legacy applications

+ Write scripts for deploying/configuring applications on AWS EC2

+ Work with development and data-engineering teams

+ Design ETL workflows

+ Test, review, document, and troubleshoot code

+ Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment

 

+ BS degree

+ 4–10 years relevant experience

+ Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular/TypeScript, AWS, and full-stack development

+ Experience translating customer requirements into working solutions

 

+ Identity & Access Management (IAM/ICAM)

+ ETL frameworks such as NiFi, Camel, or Airflow

+ Selenium automation

+ Containers/modular development

+ UI/UX familiarity

+ AWS certification
