This senior-level role focuses on ensuring operational readiness and successful deployment of customer products within a government intelligence environment. The candidate must be Customer ops-certified (preferably in the APEX mission space). This is a highly technical, mission-focused systems integration role requiring deep operational expertise, testing leadership, and direct engagement with senior intelligence stakeholders.
Clearance: TS/SCI w/Polygraph
+ Lead and execute operational readiness activities prior to product deployment.
+ Develop and execute test plans; ensure full testing coverage and requirements verification/validation.
+ Support and conduct operational and technical testing.
+ Ensure compliance with government information assurance and cybersecurity standards.
+ Participate in hardware/software design reviews and lifecycle evaluations.
+ Identify and resolve product issues in coordination with development teams.
+ Review and improve technical documentation.
+ Prepare and deliver briefings, reports, and recommendations to senior government officials.
+ Maintain documentation (e.g., Confluence), facilitate meetings, and support cross-team collaboration.
+ 7–12+ years of relevant experience (depending on degree level; additional experience may substitute for degree).
+ Customer Technical Operations certification.
+ Strong systems engineering lifecycle knowledge.
+ Experience with product requirements, testing, and test plan development.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Basic RF knowledge.
+ Experience developing CONOPS.
