Senior, hands-on Solutions Architect role supporting classified identity and access management (IdAM/ICAM) systems. Acts as the primary technical authority at the project level, translating high-level requirements into detailed, implementation-ready architectures while guiding engineering teams.

Clearance: TS/SCI w/Polygraph

+ Lead day-to-day architectural decisions and support development teams

+ Design detailed system architectures, specs, and integration patterns

+ Bridge business requirements to technical execution

+ Oversee DevOps practices (CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, containerization)

+ Ensure secure handling of classified data (encryption, compartmentalization)

+ Support authorization models (ABAC), authentication, and policy management

+ Participate in design reviews and communicate with stakeholders

+ Maintain architecture documentation and align with portfolio strategy

+ 15+ years experience (MS preferred) in systems/software architecture

+ Strong background in secure, mission-critical systems

+ Expertise in APIs, REST services, and enterprise IdAM/ICAM (LDAP, STS, etc.)

+ Knowledge of A&A / RMF and secure system accreditation

+ Experience with DevOps, cloud, and containerized environments

+ Strong communication and documentation skills

+ AWS experience/certification

+ Experience in IC/DoD environments

+ BPM tools, cybersecurity technologies, and enterprise architecture exposure
