RCT is seeking an experienced Software Developer to support Intelligence Community entitlement, identity and access management (IdAM/ICAM), authentication, authorization, and digital policy management programs. The role involves full software development lifecycle responsibilities, cloud application development, and collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Clearance: TS/SCI w/Polygraph
+ Design, develop, maintain, and enhance software applications and databases.
+ Build and support cloud-based applications and migrate legacy systems.
+ Develop unit and integration tests; perform software testing and validation.
+ Maintain operational systems and troubleshoot software issues.
+ Analyze requirements, design solutions, and optimize application performance.
+ Collaborate with customers, engineers, analysts, and developers.
+ Create technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and user guidance.
+ Use Git for source control and support Agile development practices.
+ Coordinate programming activities and mentor or review team members’ work.
+ Bachelor’s degree with 11–15 years of relevant experience.
+ Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, Python, and/or XML.
+ Experience developing web applications and working with cloud services.
+ Knowledge of Windows and/or Unix environments.
+ Experience with Git and software documentation.
+ Familiarity with writing unit and integration tests.
+ Experience with Spring Boot and PostgreSQL.
+ Agile development experience.
+ Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and scalable cloud architectures.
+ Strong teamwork and communication skills.
+ Passion for learning new technologies.
+ Familiarity with Intelligence Community missions and customers.
