Compares existing designs of similar infrastructures and prepares formal recommendations to make the infrastructure equivalent. Determines and documents the technical feasibility of designing, developing, engineering, and implementing capabilities to satisfy a new requirement. Designs, builds and deploys technical  solutions meeting approved requirements and standards. Develops detailed documentation including system designs, implementation plans and administrative guides. Integrates new software into the system.
