RCT is seeking an experienced Policy Developer to support the Sponsor’s Entitlement Programs, IdAM/ICAM, and digital policy management initiatives. This role works closely with developers, software engineers, and data engineers to design, integrate, and maintain secure, cloud-based systems across the full system lifecycle.
Clearance: TS/SCI w/Polygraph
+ Design, build, test, maintain, and monitor systems and services.
+ Ensure system designs align with architecture and allocated requirements.
+ Analyze user requirements to automate and improve existing systems.
+ Perform functional, cost, timeline, and requirements analyses.
+ Identify and resolve system integrity issues from concept through disposal.
+ Integrate systems and services and communicate results to stakeholders.
+ Support development, documentation, and execution of system policies.
+ Provide release management and deployment readiness coordination.
+ BS degree with 12+ years of relevant experience.
+ Strong AWS/cloud experience.
+ Linux administration expertise.
+ Experience with release management and customer support.
+ Puppet and BASH experience (preferred).
+ CLSE experience.
+ Deep experience with IdAM/ICAM, authentication, authorization, attributes, entitlement, and digital policy management.
+ Experience with security accreditation processes.
+ LDAP experience.
+ Security+, ITIL, or AWS certifications.
