RCT is hiring a Software Developer to support a large-scale technical program focused on Entitlement ProgramsIdentity and Access Management (IdAM/ICAM), and Digital Policy Management. The role involves Java/Python development, integration with Large Language Models (LLMs), and working within an Agile/Scrum environment using Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Ideal for: Experienced software developers with a strong security clearance, AI exposure, and cloud development skills, looking to work on impactful national security programs.

Clearance: TS/SCI w/Polygraph

+ Develop Java/Python applications integrating LLM APIs.

+Use Scrum methodologies to manage and build software incrementally.

+ Build and maintain RESTful APIs.

+Utilize AWS infrastructure and tools.

 

+ Bachelor’s degree with 6–11 years of experience.

+ Proficiency in object-oriented programming (e.g., Java, Python, Kotlin, Go, Ruby).

+ Experience designing system architectures and new features.

+ Familiarity with GitJenkins, or Rundeck.

 

 

+ Experience with AI models (e.g., GPT), prompt engineering.

+ Familiarity with LangChain or similar AI libraries.

+ Understanding of IAM concepts.

+ Experience with microservices architecture and design patterns.

+ Use of integration testing frameworks.

+ Technical certifications, open-source contributions, or continuing education.
