Adam Kelinsky, Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at RCT Systems, Inc. has over 17+ years of experience in program/project management, engineering management, business transformation, and supply chain management. Mr. Kelinsky is a seasoned and cross-functional leader with extensive experience focused on large-scale program and supply chain management spanning multiple industries including Defense (Navy), Industrials, Healthcare, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Retail. Notably, he worked for the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) within their Marine Engineering (SEA05Z) division as the Program Manager of the Navy’s Marine Propulsion Program (e.g., Gas Turbines, Shafting, and Propellers) and later held a position in Chief Technology Office (05T) as the Program Manager for the Navy’s Cross-Platform System Development Program (CPSD) focused on the transition of R&D across the Navy Enterprise. Following his time with the Navy, he shifted into Management Consulting focusing on large-scale supply chain transformations, and top-line growth strategies, and finally moved into Private Equity driving end-to-end business turnarounds. Mr. Kelinsky holds a BS in ME from Virginia Tech, an MS in ME/AE from George Washington University, and an MBA from Georgetown University.
